Group Meditation
Do you need support for a consistent meditation practice or simply enjoy sitting with others? Join us for meditation to start your day fresh in the morning or unwind your body and mind in the afternoon.
Currently we meet online on Monday and Friday morning and Wednesday afternoon (except holidays). The group is led by Lucy Laoshi. Each session is about 45 minutes long including a 35 minute silent meditation followed by a brief chanting practice. You are encouraged to join at the beginning of the session but also welcome to join anytime after it has started.
Schedule
Monday 6:15-7:00am PDT (zoom room opens at 6:10am)
Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm PDT (zoom room opens at 5:25pm)
Friday 6:15-7:00am PDT (zoom room opens at 6:10am)
Registration: Please register below to receive the zoom link and other information if you are interested in joining. You only need to register once. The dates in the series will be refreshed every couple of months.
