Dr. Lucy Xiao offers classes on teachings from various eastern traditions. We plan to study selected chapters from the following classical texts in 2023:

Dao De Jing (道德經) - Teachings of Laozi (foundational text of Daoism).
Zhuang Zi (莊子) - Teachings of Zhuangzi (foundational text of Daoism).
The Gateless Gate (無門關) - Zen koan study and inquiries.
Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic (黃帝內經) - foundational text of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the art of healing.
